Thailand Computer Crime Act (2007)

The Thailand Computer Crime Act of 2007 is a framework that dictates proper and permissible usage of IT systems resources within the Royal Kingdom of Thailand. All members of the University community are advised to study this document carefully and strictly adhere to the policies set forth in it. Violators may be prosecuted by the Govt. of Thailand in the court of law.

Please note that by the mandate of the Royal Thai Government, all organizations in Thailand offering internet access to its members is required to maintain logs of internet utilization (network traffic data) for up to 90 days in the past. Stamford International University follows this mandate. This data is tracked on a per user basis and the University is liable to provide this data upon orders from the court of law.
