The portal will help you:
- Reset your STIU network password, in case you’ve forgotten it.
- Change your password.
- Unlock your account in case you’ve managed to lock yourself out due to too many incorrect login attempts.
- Additionally, the portal will also send you automated email reminders on upcoming password expiry prior to the expiry date.
These activities earlier required you to either email a request to IT Support or make a trip to the Support desks during standard hours of operation (8.30-5.30). All of these can now be done by yourself via any device, 24/7, on or off-campus without requiring to get in touch with IT Support.
